You will have full accountability for the B2C P&L, leading the performance and development of: Retail Operations eCommerce Digital Trading Customer Experience This role requires a commercially astute leader who can combine strategic thinking with strong operational delivery. You will be responsible for: Driving retail and eCommerce growth Leading omnichannel trading performance Improving customer experience across all touchpoints Developing pricing, promotional, and margin strategies Using data and insight to support commercial decision-making Building and developing high-performing teams Delivering clear commercial reporting to the Board You will also work closely with Marketing to ensure campaigns, customer acquisition activity, and brand execution deliver measurable commercial impact.
