As one of our dedicated Sales & Purchase Ledger Assistants, you will be responsible for processing both sales and purchase invoices and handling queries as part of our Milton Keynes based finance team on a Fixed Term 6-month contract.
The role
Our Sales & Purchase Ledger Assistants are responsible for processing sales invoices using our Finance system as well as invoicing Aviva via their in-house portal.
You will also process supplier invoices from automotive bodyshops around the country, carry out checks and controls as necessary. You will organize weekly payment runs to ensure partner garages are paid on time, and handle queries from garages and colleagues.
We empower our people to go above and beyond to make the right decisions. With the training provided, you will operate the invoicing system smoothly and provide the best solutions for customers.

* Good admin skills and attention to detail for accurate data entry

* Understanding of ledger work within accounts
* Positive problem-solving attitude
* Excellent interpersonal skills, including relationship building and stakeholder management
