We are on the lookout for a versatile, forward-thinking Applications Developer who excels in developing high-performance web, mobile, and client-server applications, and who takes a proactive approach to technology trends in the legal industry to meet evolving business.
* Salary to £70,000
* Hybrid working (4 days in the office / 1 day WFH)
* 09:30-17:30 (Monday-Friday)

Key Responsibilities of the Applications Developer
* Design, develop, and maintain custom web applications and SharePoint solutions.
* Implement responsive and user-friendly front-ends using client-side frameworks.
* Develop and optimize databases to support application needs, ensuring performance, integrity, and scalability.
* Use low‑code development platforms such as PowerApps, Power Automate, PatternBuilder, and Fliplet to design and implement custom applications that improve business processes and workflow efficiency.
* Lead project development efforts and ensure best practices in software development are followed.
* Provide high-level technical support and training to users.
* Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to the managed platforms.
Skills & Requirements of the Applications Developer
* 3+ years’ experience in software development with a strong focus on SharePoint, SQL Server, and the .NET environment within a law firm.
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is highly advantageous.
* Proficiency in administration and development of SharePoint.
* Strong knowledge of programming language with expertise in web development.
* Experience with client-side and front-end frameworks such as jQuery, Bootstrap, React, and Angular.
