The Role
We’re on the lookout for a passionate and driven Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team. You’ll run your own section with confidence, keep things organised, and work closely with the senior chefs to deliver consistently high-quality food.
From fresh Norfolk seafood to our legendary Sunday roasts, we take pride in every dish. We’re looking for someone who shares that pride, brings energy to the pass, and enjoys the buzz of a busy service.

About You

Experience in a high-volume, quality kitchen (either as CDP or a strong Commis ready to step up)
*
A real passion for fresh, seasonal food and attention to detail
*
Calm, organised and a true team player
*
Confident running a section and supporting junior chefs
*
Takes pride in cleanliness, prep and presentation
