Role Description
Due to company expansion, we are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our growing team.
The Project Manager will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of safety, quality, and client satisfaction.
Key responsibilities include:
* Defining project scope and creating detailed project plans.
* Leading and managing project teams.
* Allocating resources effectively.
* Managing budgets and schedules.
* Identifying and mitigating risks.
* Maintaining clear communication with clients and stakeholders.
* Driving projects through to successful completion.
Qualifications Required:
* Minimum 5 years' experience in HVAC Project Management.
* SMSTS certification (Site Management Safety Training Scheme).
* Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
* Proven ability to manage complex projects in live environments.
