SF Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Procurement Assistant to join one of our very successful, ever-growing clients. The roles will be on a temporary basis for around 3 months initially, however it is very likely this will be extended or could potentially even become permanent. \n \nThe role will be based at their office in Leeds, however will be on a hybrid basis working 2 to 3 days from home.
\n \nThe role itself will be supporting a key department in the business, with a variety of administration tasks and duties. The successful candidates for these roles should have previous administration experience, excellent communication and organisation skills and a strong attention to detail. Experience using Excel is essential.
\n \nTypical duties will include: \n \nWorking alongside other Administration Assistants to manage the incoming inbox \nResponding to internal and external queries \nLogging purchase orders for processing \nLiaising with customers if there are queries on any purchase orders \nEnsuring accurate and timely processing of purchase orders \nSupporting with building request for prices to send out to suppliers \nEnsuring all standard operating procedures are followed \nCarrying out other duties as and when required \n \nWith these being temporary contracts, you will need to be available immediately or at very short notice to be considered for these positions.
