Position: Field Sales Consultant - Leased & Tenanted Pubs

Location: Durham, Carlisle, North Yorkshire, Darlington, York, Harrogate

Work from Home with Travel Required

Are you ready to take your sales career to the next level? We are on the lookout for a passionate and collaborative Sales Consultant to join our dynamic On-Trade Leased & Tenanted Pub Team. With our team growing at an impressive 30% year on year, this is your chance to be part of something exciting!


Your Role:

As a Field Sales Consultant, you will be at the forefront of driving new business within Leased & Tenanted pubs while nurturing and developing key accounts. Here’s what you’ll be doing:

* Win new leased & tenanted customers for Brakes, ensuring they meet our minimum spend criteria.
* Retain and grow existing key customers, building lasting relationships.
* Collaborate with dedicated telephone account managers to manage leads effectively.
* Work proactively with external Pub Co area managers to uncover new opportunities.
* Identify innovations and improvements to solidify our position as the #1 foodservice wholesaler in the UK.
* Implement strategic territory plans as outlined by your line manager.


What We’re Looking For:

If you have a passion for pub food and a commitment to putting customers first, we want to hear from you! You should be personable, driven, well-organized, and enjoy working collaboratively within a national team. Here’s what you need:

* Proven experience managing customers face-to-face or over the phone.
* Demonstrable knowledge of account retention and growth strategies.
* Target-driven with a track record of achieving sales goals.
* Experience in stakeholder management and engagement.
* Proficiency in Excel & PowerPoint for effective planning and maximizing selling time.
* Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus!
