Job Description Day to day duties will include but are not limited to: Provide comprehensive PA support to senior legal team members, including complex diary management and scheduling Coordinate internal and external meetings, including preparing agendas and supporting documentation Act as the first point of contact for the legal team, managing queries efficiently and professionally Manage shared mailboxes, ensuring timely responses and appropriate escalation where required Prepare, format, and proofread reports, presentations, and legal documents Support the contract lifecycle process, including tracking, filing, and administrative coordination Arrange travel, meetings, and associated logistics Assist with policy management, record keeping, audits and information requests Support the effective use of technology including AI-enabled tools and digital systems to improve efficiency and consistency across the wider legal team.
