As we continue to grow here at Co-op Live and gear up for an impeccable line up of events, we’re looking for a detail-driven Payroll & Reward Specialist to join our People & Culture team on a 12 month fixed term contract. The Payroll & Reward Specialist is the go-to expert for making sure everyone gets paid accurately, on time, and with a smile. From running end-to-end payroll for salaried and casual employees to keeping everything squeaky-clean from a compliance perspective, this role plays a vital part in delivering a great employee experience. You’ll be at the heart of payroll, pensions, and reward, working closely with third-party providers, systems, and internal teams to keep things running smoothly. As the main point of contact for payroll and reward queries, you’ll turn complexity into clarity and help colleagues feel confident about their pay and benefits.
