About The Role
We’re looking for an experienced Excavator Operator to join our team. The right candidate will have solid mechanical skills and hands-on experience operating excavators for a variety of construction and earthmoving projects.
The role holder must be flexible and able to work away from home and undertake duties at night.
What You’ll Do
* Operate excavators to perform digging, trenching, and grading tasks on construction sites.
* Conduct pre-operational checks on equipment to ensure safety and functionality.
* Collaborate with site supervisors and other team members to determine excavation requirements.
* Follow all safety protocols and regulations while operating machinery on-site.
* Communicate effectively with ground crew to ensure precise digging and movement of materials.
* Assist in loading and unloading materials from lorries as required.
What We’re Looking For

* Proven experience as an Excavator Operator or similar role in the construction industry.
* Excellent hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness for precise operation of machinery.
* Multi skilled in aspects of civils works
* NPORS / CPCS training in Excavators/Dupers/Rollers
* CSCS Operative Card
* 360 excavator operator with Lifting ops above 10t
