Offer description

Studio Traffic Coordinator

If you’re highly organised, love bringing structure to fast‑moving teams, and can keep multiple moving parts running smoothly, this could be for you.

We’re looking for someone who can take ownership of how work flows through our specialist teams — making sure the right people are working on the right things at the right time.

This role isn’t about long‑term strategy. It’s about operational excellence — keeping our Specialist Pool running smoothly during a period of change, and ensuring that the colleagues within our squads and freelancers stay unblocked.

Why ramarketing?

We’re a specialist life sciences marketing agency helping clients grow through strategy, content, digital and PR.

But what really sets us apart is how we work.

We prioritise our people. We create an environment where you can do your best work, grow quickly, and be yourself. Our values — Have a go, Be genuine, Really care, Be canny — shape how we show up for each other and our clients.

You’ll be joining a collaborative, supportive team that values clarity, communication, and getting things done properly.

The role: what’s this position all about?

As a Studio Traffic Coordinator, you’ll take ownership of day‑to‑day resource coordination across our Specialist Pool — a mix of in‑house team members and freelancers across multiple disciplines.

Your focus will be on keeping bookings flowing, maintaining accurate visibility of availability, and making sure work is assigned efficiently and realistically.

You’ll work closely with squad leads, freelancers, and the Client Operations Lead — acting as the central point of coordination that keeps everything moving.

What does a Studio Traffic Coordinator at ramarketing do?

In short, you will keep work flowing across our team of experts across all of Ramarketing’s service propositions.

You’ll manage the day‑to‑day allocation of work — making sure requests are clear, realistic, and assigned to the right people.

* Review incoming requests, ensuring they’re scoped clearly and ready for booking.
* Assign work based on capacity, skillset and priorities
* Resolve booking conflicts and elevate where needed

Maintain accurate resource visibility

You’ll ensure our systems reflect reality — so decisions are based on accurate, up‑to‑date information.

* Keep Avaza data up to date, including availability, bookings and freelancer details.
* Track holidays, sickness and changing availability across the team
* Support reporting on utilisation, capacity and performance

Coordinate communication and flag risks early

You’ll act as the central point of coordination — keeping squads and freelancers aligned and surfacing issues before they become problems.

* Manage day‑to‑day communication with freelancers and internal teams
* Flag capacity constraints, booking risks or quality issues early
* Support squad planning by providing clear visibility of availability and constraints

What’s important to us?

We’re less interested in a specific background and more interested in how you work and the way you approach operational challenges.

Can you keep things organised and running smoothly?

You’re comfortable managing multiple moving parts and maintaining clarity under pressure.

* Experience coordinating schedules, resources or workflows across teams
* Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate data
* Able to prioritise effectively and keep things moving

Can you communicate clearly and confidently?

You’ll be working with multiple stakeholders, so clarity and confidence matter.

* Comfortable communicating with internal teams and freelancers
* Able to ask the right questions and push back when information is missing
* Confidently escalating issues when needed

How do you approach problems?

Things won’t always go to plan — how you respond matters.

* Calm and solution‑focused when priorities shift or conflicts arise
* Able to follow defined processes while using good judgment
* Proactive in spotting risks and raising them early

What success looks like

Early on, success looks like bringing structure — bookings are accurate, availability is clear, and squads feel supported.

Over time, it’s about consistency. Work flows smoothly, conflicts are minimised, and issues are identified before they impact delivery.
