Job Description
As a Team Leader within the Business Services team, you'll play a pivotal role in guiding and mentoring junior staff while ensuring the highest standards of quality and accuracy. Your day to day will include:
3. Overseeing and reviewing management accounts and statutory accounts for both UK and multi-national companies, providing expert guidance and support
4. Providing insightful advice on VAT and PAYE matters, including meticulous review of monthly, quarterly, and annual VAT returns
5. Assisting start-ups comprehensively in their financial journey, offering crucial financial support and guidance
6. Leading the implementation of cutting-edge accounting and computerised financial systems
7. Managing UK financial reporting for various entities, including limited companies, LLPs, partnerships, and sole traders
8. Fostering the growth of your team through training, reviews, and mentorship
9. Offering expert advice on a wide range of business subjects, strengthening client relationships
The Successful Applicant
10. Strong interpersonal and communication skills
11. Recent obtainment of an Accountancy qualification with comprehensive knowledge of management accounting and statutory accounting
12. Team player that values collective success and contributes positively to the overall work environment
