The ideal candidate will bring:
6. Experience from a customer-facing commercial sales, or business development role (it would be highly advantageous if you have a background in fertilizer sales).
7. Knowledge of agriculture, crop production, agronomy, or the wider farming industry.
8. Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
9. A proactive and self-motivated approach with a focus on delivering results.
10. The ability to identify customer needs and develop practical solutions.
11. A full UK driving licence.
