\n\nVeterinary Receptionist
\n\n
Our client is a busy Independent mixed Veterinary Hospital in Banbury, Oxfordshire and they are looking for a happy, caring and self-motivated receptionist who will complement their existing enthusiastic and hardworking team.
\n
Duties will include, but are not limited to:
\n
\n
* Meeting and greeting clients/customers
\n
* Booking appointments
\n
* Keeping the reception area and waiting room clean and tidy
\n
* Answering and forwarding phone calls
\n
* Dispensing medication
\n
* Taking payments
\n
* Ensuring consulting rooms are clean and fully stocked
\n
* Bank, post and lunch runs in to town when required
\n
* Admin tasks as required, and occasional cover at branch surgeries
\n
\n
This is a full time position and the successful candidate will be required between Monday - Friday (8am - 6.15pm) and some Saturdays (8.45am - 1.15pm).
\n
Experience in a similar role is desirable, but not essential, as full training will be given.
\n
