Location: East Midlands, Derbyshire
Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Salary: up to £33,372 Per annum

Job Duties:
12. Conduct quality assurance assessments of electrical installations, in accordance with established standards and regulations.
13. Review and evaluate assessment processes, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and fairness.
14. Provide feedback and guidance to assessors and trainers to enhance the quality of assessments.
15. Maintain accurate records of assessments, including assessment outcomes, feedback, and any necessary corrective actions.
16. Stay up-to-date with industry standards, regulations, and best practices related to electrical installations.
17. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
18. Participate in regular meetings and training sessions to stay informed about assessment updates and changes.
19. Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations during assessment activities.
Required Qualifications:
20. Relevant vocational qualification in electrical installations.
21. Assessor qualification (e.g., Assessor Awards, TAQA, CAVA).
22. Extensive experience in conducting assessments within the electrical installations field.
23. Strong knowledge of industry regulations and standards.
24. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in assessment processes.
25. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
26. Ability to provide constructive feedback and guidance to assessors and trainers.
27. Proficiency in using assessment tools and software.
Experience:
28. Extensive experience in conducting assessments within the electrical installations field
29. Industry experience
Knowledge and Skills:
30. Thorough understanding of industry regulations and standards related to electrical installations.
31. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in assessment processes.
32. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
33. Ability to provide constructive feedback and guidance to assessors and trainers.
34. Proficiency in using assessment tools and software.
