Exciting opportunity to work for a FM service provider based in a commercial property in Borehamwood. CBW are currently recruiting for an Electrical Engineer for a temp to permanent position. The successful candidates will be Electrically qualified with a proven track record working with building maintenance. In return, the company is offering a hourly rate of up to £25p/h.
Key duties & Responsibilities
* Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, etc)
* Emergency lighting tests
* Control Panels
* Changing Ballast
* BMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & cold)
* Carry out all aspects of M&E/Fabric maintenance
* Maintain and update Log books
* Plumbing - Unblocking toilets
* Pumps, motors
Hours of work / Shift Pattern / Rates
* 08:00 - 17:00
* Temp to perm
* Monday - Friday
* £25p/h
* Immediate start
Requirements
* Electrically qualified
* City & Guilds - Level 2,3 and 18th edition
* A proven track record in Building Maintenance
* Good Leadership & Management skills
* Safe systems of Work Procedure - PTW, RAMS experience
* Health and safety and statutory compliance knowledge
* Excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to develop excellent working relationships both internal and externally
* Proven IT skills, including use of Microsoft Office
