Commercial Property Senior Associate/ Solicitor - 4 PQE - 7 PQE - £75,000 - £90,000
Our clients (top tier international firm) is seeking an experienced Senior Associate to join their Manchester office. This role is for a solicitor with strong commercial property expertise and a minimum of 4 years' PQE
The successful candidate will take responsibility for managing a broad range of commercial real estate workload, acting as part of established client teams on high-quality matters, and playing an active role in both client relationship management and business development. You will work on a diverse caseload spanning occupier and investor work, leading strategic and operational aspects of instructions and ensuring high-quality delivery throughout.
This role will provide the opportunity to lead on complex transactions, work closely with senior colleagues, and mentor and motivate more junior team members, while developing your own practice within a multifaceted real estate environment
The Candidate
* Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with 4+ years' PQE in commercial real estate law.
* Strong experience in commercial property matters: landlord and tenant, acquisitions & disposals, and investment or portfolio work
* Excellent communication, negotiation and client relationship skills
* Experience in business development and leading teams or mentoring junior lawyers
* Ability to manage a varied caseload independently.
* Strong drafting and negotiation skills with commercial awareness.
* Excellent organisation and time-management skills.
