As they continue to expand their site in Northern Ireland, this makes it an exciting time to join the team Your New Role: Reporting to the Accounting Manager Job Duties Include: Invoice Processing & Payment Processing - Review and enter invoices into the accounting system and adhere to approval process. Vendor Relations - Serve as the primary point of contact for vendors regarding payment inquiries, discrepancies, and issue resolution. Reconciliation and Reporting - Generate AP reports for management, including aging reports. Support month-end and year-end close processes related to AP. Office Management - Coordinating logistics for office-based events for customers and colleagues, ordering office consumables and any other items required for smooth running of the office What You Need to Succeed?
