Much of their work is across industrial and commercial sectors working with investors, end users etc etc although they do also have a number of long term public sector clients. There is also the freedom to shape this role to your own strengths as a building surveyor leaning perhaps more towards either professional instructions or project work. However you must have some experience of both areas. The successful candidate will therefore need to be a well rounded, ambitious Chartered Building Surveyor.
