About the Role:
We are seeking a flexible and enthusiastic PPA Cover Teacher to join a welcoming primary school in Great Missenden. This role involves delivering high-quality lessons across a range of subjects, ensuring continuity of learning while class teachers are engaged in planning, preparation, and assessment time.
Key Responsibilities:
Teach across different year groups and subjects within the primary curriculum.
Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
Follow lesson plans provided and adapt where necessary to meet student needs.
Assess and monitor pupil progress in line with school policies.
Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
Strong classroom management and ability to engage pupils across all key stages.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
