Senior Quantity Surveyor

Role Overview:
As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will:
* Lead all commercial aspects of multiple projects, from tender through final account.
* Negotiate and manage sub-contractor packages.
* Handle valuations, variations, and monthly cost reporting.
* Build strong working relationships with internal teams and clients.
* Identify and resolve cost-related issues.
* Mentor junior staff and support their professional development.
This role will involve travel to the Kegworth office every two weeks .

Candidate Profile:
* Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying or similar.
* 10+ years’ post-graduate experience, ideally in residential and commercial sectors.
* Strong grasp of JCT, NEC, or PWC contracts.
* Proficient in estimating, cost control, and managing variations.
* Skilled in team leadership and mentoring.
