What You'll Do:
* Answer calls and liaise with customers professionally
* Process sales orders, quotes, and invoices
* Schedule deliveries and coordinate engineer timesheets
* Manage stock, van inventories, and service parts
* Assist engineers and support the team as needed
What We're Looking For:
* Strong communication and organizational skills
* Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
* Office administration or customer service experience
* Basic IT skills (MS Office)
* Forklift licence is a bonus
