Engineering Co-ordinator

We are supporting a global industrial engineering organisation in the search for an Engineering Co-ordinator to join their Maintenance Services team in Worcester.
This role acts as a technical authority, supporting both planned and reactive maintenance activities across a range of industrial installations. The successful candidate will provide technical guidance, support fault diagnosis, coordinate maintenance work orders, and act as an escalation point for complex engineering issues.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate and manage planned and reactive maintenance work orders
* Provide technical support and remote fault diagnosis for field engineers
* Act as an escalation point for complex technical issues
* Review work scopes and ensure correct parts, labour, and resources are allocated
* Ensure activities are supported by appropriate RAMS and safety procedures
* Liaise with customers, engineers, contractors and suppliers
* Support spare parts management and technical specifications
* Assist with technical training and development across the engineering team
Requirements
* Technical qualification or relevant engineering experience
* Strong understanding of industrial or process plant equipment
* Experience supporting maintenance operations in manufacturing, energy, or process industries
* Strong organisational, problem-solving and communication skills
* Experience using SAP or similar work order systems is beneficial
