About the role
This primary school is warm and welcoming. You will join a team of committed Teaching Assistants who support the children and prioritise the inclusion of all learners. This role will involve a mix of working with children in class and some time out of the classroom.
This role is temporary-to-permanent, after a successful period there may be the opportunity to become a permanent member of staff.

Requirements:
To be considered for the role of TA you will:
1. Have experience of working in a school or similar setting in the last 3 years (6 months minimum)
2. Have a calm and supportive approach to those children who exhibit challenging behaviour
3. Be willing to take the time to build trusting relationships with the children you work with
4. Regard behaviour as a means of communication and take time to understand pupils motivations
5. Help create a supportive and safe school environment
6. Hold a TA Qualification (desirable but not essential)
7. Have experience of working with children with SEND

Salary
£89 to £95 per day
Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:
