More about your role Reporting to the ERP Programme Manager, we are looking to recruit a Senior Project Manager on a permanent basis. Joining at the start of Phase 1 of an ERP implementation, you will be responsible for all aspects of project management and the end ‑ to ‑ end delivery of the programme, coordinating complex business, technical, and change activities to ensure the new system is delivered on time, on budget, and aligned to organisational goals. The Senior Project Manager will mitigate risks, and guide cross ‑ functional teams to deliver a high ‑ quality, future ‑ ready ERP solution that transforms organisational performance. Stakeholder management is a key aspect of this role, and you will be comfortable working in a matrix structure, liaising with a variety of stakeholders at all levels across the organisation. Experience of working within a housing with Association and within a matrix management structure is also desired.
