Hours: 8:30am – 5:00pm, Monday to Friday Holidays: 25 days plus 8 bank holidays We are seeking a professional and approachable Receptionist to join a friendly office team. This is a front-of-house role where you’ll play a key part in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the reception area while supporting wider facilities tasks. Key Responsibilities * Greeting and welcoming visitors, ensuring a professional and friendly first impression * Managing the switchboard, directing calls, and taking accurate messages * Coordinating meeting rooms, including setup, refreshments, and ensuring rooms are kept tidy and well-presented * Handling incoming and outgoing post and courier services * Maintaining office supplies and liaising with suppliers where necessary * Assisting with general facilities support, such as reporting maintenance issues and liaising with contractors * Providing ad hoc administrative support for internal teams About You * Previous experience in a receptionist, front-of-house, or customer service role * Excellent communication skills with a polite and professional manner * Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask * Proactive, reliable, and confident working independently * Comfortable with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and switchboard systems What’s on Offer * Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm (no weekends) * 25 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays ...
