An exciting opportunity has become available for an Automotive Vehicle Technician / Vehicle Mechanic within a reputable independent located in Maldon.
Our Automotive Client has a need for a Vehicle Technician or Vehicle Mechanic who is motivated and able to work to their own initiative.
Benefits
* Monday to Friday only: 8.00am to 5.30pm - 44 hours per week.
* No compulsory Saturday working.
* Overtime is optional on Saturdays at time and a half; this would be your choice if you wish to do this.
* Competitive basic salary circa £40,000 p.a. - offered depending on experience, skillset and qualifications.
* Training and development: EV training and other courses.

Duties
* Carrying out servicing and repairs to a variety of vehicles
* MOT testing
* Performing diagnostic testing to identify vehicle faults
* Ensuring that paperwork is completed to the highest standards
Requirements
* A fully qualified Vehicle Technician NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
* A current and valid UK driving licence
* Dedicated and committed approach
* Your own Vehicle Technician tools
Salary: up to £40,000. Hours of work: 44 hours per week.
