Investment Banking Associate / VP – Strategic Advisory (Reinsurance)

The team delivers investment-banking style advice on M&A, capital markets strategy, and financial structuring, working closely with senior stakeholders and institutional clients globally.

The Role Advise insurance and reinsurance clients on M&A and strategic transactions
Execute and manage live transactions end-to-end
Build and review financial models, valuations, and transaction materials
Work directly with senior clients and internal leadership
Support broader capital markets and financial structuring initiatives
The Profile 3–7 years’ experience in Investment Banking (Associate → VP level)
Strong transaction execution background
Experience across financial services, insurance, or reinsurance
Comfortable owning workstreams and driving execution
Target Backgrounds Sector-focused advisory firms within financial services
Strong execution-focused bankers seeking better work-life balance
