The Role
As their Receptionist, you’ll be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring a professional and friendly welcome. You’ll also support basic office management and health & safety duties, helping to keep our workspace running smoothly and safely.
Key Responsibilities
* Greet visitors and manage incoming calls with professionalism and warmth
* Coordinate meeting room bookings and assist with hospitality for guests
* Maintain office supplies and liaise with vendors and contractors
* Support health & safety compliance, including fire drills and first aid coordination
* Assist with general administrative tasks and team support as needed

* Previous experience in a receptionist or office support role
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Highly organised with a proactive, can-do attitude
* Comfortable working in a creative, fast-paced environment
* Basic understanding of health & safety procedures (training can be provided)
