This is a hands-on leadership role where you will oversee the day-to-day cleaning operations across site, ensuring consistently high standards are delivered at all times while leading by example. As the direct line manager for all on-site cleaning colleagues, you will be responsible for maintaining service excellence, upholding health and safety standards, and ensuring all activities align with Sodexo policies and values, promoting a professional and positive company image throughout.
