Are you an experienced Administrator looking for your next challenge? Oldmixon Primary School is seeking a highly skilled Senior School Administrator to lead and manage our administrative operations. Key Responsibilities As Senior School Administrator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of our school. Your responsibilities include: • Administrative Management: Oversee daily operations, scheduling, record-keeping, correspondence, and ensure all deadlines are met accurately and confidentially. • Organisational Coordination: Plan and manage school events, liaise with external stakeholders, and ensure compliance with policies and regulations. • Safeguarding & Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with discretion and uphold safeguarding standards. • Communication Excellence: Act as the first point of contact for staff, parents, governors, and visitors, delivering a professional and friendly service. • Problem-Solving & Organisation: Manage multiple tasks efficiently and maintain high standards under pressure. • Front-of-House Service: Provide a courteous reception service in line with safeguarding procedures.
