You'll be the person who keeps everything on track: bringing structure, driving process, and ensuring operational efficiency so the CEO can focus on growth.
The Role
As the CEO's right-hand person, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring their time is managed efficiently, priorities are streamlined, and business operations run smoothly. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced setting, remain composed under pressure, and have the operational strength to put structure and process in place while keeping complex demands under control.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Support
* Extensive diary management, coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
* Inbox management, responding to emails and flagging urgent matters.
* Acting as a gatekeeper, managing communications with clients, staff, and external stakeholders.
* Preparing documents, reports, and presentations.
* Organising and attending meetings, taking minutes, and following up on action points.
* Handling confidential information with discretion.
Operational & Business Support
* Ensuring the CEO is always fully prepared and ahead of schedule.
* Liaising with internal teams, clients, and suppliers.
* Overseeing and strengthening administrative processes to improve efficiency and consistency.
* Taking a strong lead in operational management, ensuring systems and workflows are watertight.
* Implementing processes that drive structure, discipline, and accountability across the business.
* Managing ad-hoc business projects as required.
About You
* Proven experience as an EA supporting senior executives in a fast-moving environment.
* Highly proactive with a "can-do" attitude and the ability to take control.
* Process-oriented, operationally efficient, and confident in creating structure where needed.
* Resilient and comfortable working with a CEO who is direct, decisive, and results-driven.
* Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Ability to work autonomously, using initiative to anticipate needs.
* Outstanding attention to detail, with the ability to spot errors and ensure accuracy.
* Calm, composed, and professional under pressure.
* Discretion and the ability to handle confidential matters professionally.
