About the Production Technician Role
In this role, you will be responsible for the additive manufacturing, machine operating, sanding, polishing and blasting. Working under strict operating procedures, you will ensure the highest standards of quality and precision. You will also contribute to the maintenance and continuous improvement of the production environment.
As part of an evolving manufacturing team, your insights will help shape new processes and products. Full training will be provided to operate a variety of specialised equipment and production techniques.
Key Responsibilities of the Production Technician
Manufacture units using processes such as: Additive manufacturing
Vacuum furnace heat treatment
Powder washing and grit-blasting
Cutting, polishing, and passivation
Cleaning within a cleanroom environment
Maintain quality records and ensure full traceability
Conduct equipment maintenance and stock management
Essential Skills & Experience of the Production Technician
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures accurately
Organised, task-oriented, and able to work independently
Problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset
Good written and verbal communication skills
