From Jewish festival celebrations and family events to private hires and residential retreats, this role is central to ensuring that every event is executed to the highest standard. Working closely with our Community Engagement team and internal departments – including the restaurant, facilities, holiday lets and security – you will translate event plans into clear operational actions. This includes managing venue logistics, staff coordination, AV requirements, private hire enquiries, supplier management, and site readiness. This is not a programming or content creation role. Instead, it requires someone with strong project management skills, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple moving parts in a fast-paced, community-centred environment. The successful candidate will bring a positive, solutions-focused mindset and have a clear understanding of what makes events feel smooth, professional, and welcoming. While familiarity with Jewish traditions is not essential, cultural sensitivity and respect for Jewish customs are important. If you are someone who thrives on detail, works well with people, and enjoys being at the heart of dynamic and varied events, we would love to hear from you.
