The Best Connection are currently recruiting for a Class 2 Skip Driver(hook loader) Afternoon Driver for our well-established client based in Wolverhampton. This is a fantastic temp to perm opportunity for a reliable and experienced driver looking for stable, long-term work.
Job Details:
* Night shifts, 14:00-22:00, Monday to Friday
* Occasional weekend work - 1 Sunday per month (paid at Time + 1/4)
* Mainly local runs around the West Midlands
* Temp to Perm position after successful probation
* Pay Rate: £15.43 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
* Safely operate a Class 2 Roll On Roll Off vehicle
* Collect and deliver skips to commercial and industrial sites
* Complete all relevant paperwork and follow company procedures
* Ensure vehicles are kept clean and roadworthy
✅ Requirements:
* Valid Class 2 (Category C) Licence
* CPC & Digital Tachograph Card
* Previous Hook loading experience preferred
* A positive attitude and strong work ethic
* Flexibility to complete a week's training on days if required (depending on experience)
