Sales Manager – Benelux, Scandanavia & Germany - Nutraceuticals - €85, DOE + Bonus + Car + Benefits
The Job:
A dynamic and rapidly growing company, leading in the distribution of high-quality raw materials within the Nutra ingredients industry, is seeking a passionate and driven Sales Manager to join their European team. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the company’s expansion across Benelux, Scandanavia & Germany while building strong customer relationships and driving sales in Europe.

Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales and manage key customer relationships across Europe
- Provide regular sales reports and market insights to the European Head of Sales.
- Meet and exceed individual sales targets while contributing to overall company goals
- Engage regularly with key accounts to ensure satisfaction and long-term retention
- Develop tailored product proposals and solutions for clients, in collaboration with internal teams
- Plan and execute customer engagement activities, such as exhibitions, client visits, and product demonstrations
- Collaborate with operations to maximize sales margins and optimise costs
- Represent the company’s values and uphold its high standards in all customer interactions
The Candidate:
-Minimum of 5 years’ experience in sales within the Nutra ingredients / Nutraceuticals industry
- Strong understanding of the European market dynamics and customer base
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build and maintain customer relationships
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Able to work independently and manage multiple accounts effectively
- Fluency in English and at least one other European language is preferred
