Export Customer Service Supervisor Salary - £35,000 Location - Liverpool / Knowsley (L33) Hours - Monday to Friday - 8:45am - 5pm Contract - Full time, Permanent Holidays - 25 days bank holidays birthday off!An excellent opportunity for an experienced and quality driven Customer Service & Export Supervisor to oversee an established internal Customer Service team. Working in a fast paced environment you will manage an intimate team tasked with handling and resolving incoming enquiries, producing quotes, processing orders, arranging shipping and dealing with distributors. In this role as the Customer Service & Export Supervisor you will be responsible for: Providing additional support to the Customer Service Manager to lead small customer service team responsible for handling the coordination, processing of orders and requests from customers based both in the UK and internationally Looking after the full export cycle with all the shipping documentation.
