Job Summary
The primary responsibility of this role is to plan, organize, develop, and oversee the operations of the Food Services departments at McKinley Health Center and Penn Highlands Jefferson Manor. The goal is to ensure compliance with food service standards, policies, and regulations, providing quality nutritional services in a clean, safe, and sanitary environment.
Qualifications
* Graduate of an accredited dietetic training program; certification or registry documentation required upon application.
* High School Diploma.
* Experience in long-term care with Geriatric Food Service preferred.
* Knowledge of sanitation practices; minimum 2 years in a managerial role within a healthcare setting.
* Ability to interact tactfully with staff, residents, families, visitors, and agencies.
