💼 The Role
As a Tax Specialist Recruitment Consultant, you’ll operate at the intersection of tax and talent:
* Build and manage relationships with tax professionals and firms across the UK
* Source, assess, and place candidates into roles within personal tax, corporate tax, VAT, and advisory
* Provide market insights and career guidance to tax professionals
* Partner with accountancy practices and industry clients to understand hiring needs
* Develop your own client portfolio and revenue stream

Phase 1 – Tax-Aligned Recruitment (Months 1–3)

* Build confidence in sales and negotiation
* Gradual reduction in technical reliance
Phase 3 – Full Recruitment Consultant (6+ Months)
* Run your own desk with autonomy
