This person is responsible for assisting in the effective and efficient functioning of the Financial Support Services Income and Credit Control Section, including staff management and supervision.
Responsibilities
* Production of monthly invoices for all gross paid clients in nursing and residential accommodation and timely completion of corresponding month end processes.
* Responsible for the production of monthly Aged Debt Report, including debt key performance indicators and distribution to relevant departments.
* Review of monthly Direct Debit payments by clients within the Abacus financial system and ensure direct debit refusals are followed up on a timely basis.
Skills and Qualifications
* Demonstrate 4 years’ relevant finance experience OR
* Diploma for Accounting Technicians (ATI) or equivalent (QCF Level 5) with 2 years’ relevant finance experience OR
* Degree in Accountancy/Finance etc.
