The Opportunity
As a Sales and Service Technician, you’ll be at the heart of our operations - delivering, installing, and servicing our machines while building strong, trusted relationships with customers. Your curiosity and initiative will enable you to understand their needs, identify opportunities, and provide solutions that enhance their productivity and add real value to their business.
This role combines practical, hands-on work, structured processes, and customer engagement.
No formal education or experience is required - just a drive to build a career in sales, a problem-solving mindset, and a passion for delivering excellent service.

The Role
* Become a product expert in our machines and solutions
* Drive a 3.5-tonne vehicle (valid UK driver’s license required) to install, service, and demonstrate products, converting service calls into sales
* Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend solutions
* Upsell and cross-sell Safetykleen solutions to contribute to business growth
* Follow Safetykleen ways of working, ensuring high service standards while maximizing sales opportunities
* Build strong customer relationships to foster loyalty and repeat business
* Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and ensure outstanding service
