In your role as a Sports Mentor, you will be responsible for:

* Developing individualised plans to support the personal and athletic development of each participant
* Fostering a positive and supportive learning environment, where participants feel empowered to take risks and challenge themselves
* Collaborating with parents, teachers, and other stakeholders to ensure a holistic approach to each young person's growth and wellbeing
* Maintaining detailed records and providing regular progress reports to our client
* Adhering to all relevant health, safety, and safeguarding policies and procedures
* A passion for sports and a deep understanding of various sports disciplines
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with young people from diverse backgrounds
* A proven track record of delivering high-quality sports coaching and mentoring sessions
* Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with the flexibility to adapt to the unique needs of each participant

* A valid UK driving licence and the ability to travel within the local area
