Job Description
1. Develop and implement business development strategies for the litigation practice areas.
2. Collaborate with attorneys to identify and pursue new client opportunities.
3. Lead the preparation of pitches, proposals, and other client-facing materials.
4. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
5. Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to support retention and growth.
6. Coordinate with the marketing & agency team to align business development strategies with overall firm goals.
7. Track and report on business development activities and outcomes to leadership.
8. Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures in marketing and business development activities.
9. Manage direct reports within business development team.
