Electrician - Field Based, Caerphilly/Cardiff. This is a full-time, permanent role with salary up to £36,093.07 per annum, plus a company van and fuel card.

We care for over 6,500 properties across 11 local authority areas in South Wales.
Role and Responsibilities
As an Electrician with Celtic, you will work in tenanted properties on day-to-day response maintenance, including light and socket changes, full testing of a property, fault finding, and ventilation systems (e.g., Fans/PIVs). You will assist with all electrical tasks, including installing, servicing, repairing and maintaining electrical systems and appliances in accordance with current IET wiring regulations, and completing electrical certificates and electrical condition reports. The role covers mainly Caerphilly and Cardiff with potential travel to other areas as required. A full UK driving licence is essential.
Qualifications and Skills
* NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation
* City and Guilds 18th Edition
* AM2 Qualification
* Full, clean UK Driving Licence
* Ability to work on your own initiative
* Social Housing Experience
* Preferably hold your Inspection and Testing 2391/2 or equivalent
* Ideally hold City & Guilds Electrical Equipment Maintenance and Testing qualification 2377
* Preferably PV Solar and Ventilation knowledge

To drive a Mears vehicle, you must be aged over 21, have held your licence for more than 3 months and have fewer than 9 points.
