We are recruiting a Romanian-speaking EU Outsource Lead to join our European operations team. reporting to the EU Operations Success Manager for Europe, supporting outsource EU operations.
This role is responsible for:
1. Providing our Third-party administrators with guidance to ensure the delivery of an excellent customer service
2. Conduct regular audit oversight activities to guide quality and performance within the operation
3. Work collaboratively with main areas of the business to ensure all administrative services are completed
Other responsibilities include:
4. Creation of MI reports.
5. Support the complaint/claim referral process for all Romanian campaigns.
6. Support the third-party administrator with claim queries and escalations.
7. Deliver presentations on performance and change projects.
8. Audit and improve operational quality and compliance measures to improve performance.
9. Conduct customer journey reviews by identifying and driving process improvements.
10. Ownership for delivering year goals with care for required performance standards.
11. This operations support role consists of 30% administration support and 70% operations support.
You will have the following skills:
12. Experience working in a regulated environment.
13. Experience working in financial services or telecommunication is a preference but not essential.
14. Administration or call centre experience – working at a management level is a preference.
Knowledge and Skills:
15. Fluent in English and Romanian.
16. Proficient in common Microsoft Office packages.
17. Organise and prioritise workload to ensure deadlines are met.
