Why you will love this opportunity as Sales Manager at Civica

As First Line Sales Manager, you’ll lead a sales team focused on selling our SaaS solutions into the health and care sector. You’ll be responsible for coaching your team, driving performance, and building trusted relationships with decision-makers within the Health & Care sector

You will......

* Lead, coach, and develop a team of sales professionals targeting Health & Care customers
* Drive pipeline generation and deal progression to exceed revenue targets
* Support your team in navigating complex sales cycles and procurement frameworks
* Conduct regular 1:1s, pipeline reviews, and performance check-ins
* Stay informed on health and care and public sector policy, funding cycles, and digital transformation trends within your sector

Requirements

What you will do to be successful in this role

* Proven experience in SaaS sales management, ideally within health and care or wider public sector technology
* Strong coaching and mentoring skills with a passion for team development
* Data-driven mindset with experience using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Demonstrates a genuine passion for leadership, inspiring teams and driving the right sales behaviours that deliver sustainable growth
