Job Title: Payroll Administrator Location: Kings Lynn, Norfolk (other Norfolk locations may be considered) Contract: Full-Time, Permanent Working Pattern: Monday to Friday Salary: £30,000 – £32,000 We are looking for a confident and detail-oriented Payroll Administrator to join a well-established payroll team in Norfolk. You’ll play a key part in delivering a fast, accurate and confidential payroll service for a range of clients, supporting their operations and freeing them from the administrative and legal burden of payroll processing. This is a full-time, office-based role, although there may be flexibility to base the role from another Norfolk office if required. What You'll Do Process multiple payrolls for clients to strict deadlines, ensuring accuracy and compliance Maintain and update payroll records, including salary changes, pension contributions, loans, new starters and leavers Handle queries and provide advice to clients on RTI submissions, auto-enrolment and other payroll-related matters Prepare reports including payslips, PAYE, NIC, pensions, and other statutory returns Reconcile payroll data and investigate any discrepancies Produce and submit HMRC payments and pay-related documentation Maintain accurate and comprehensive records in line with regulatory requirements Occasionally support with general office administration as needed What We’re Looking For Previ...
