As a Team Manager, you will provide expert, comprehensive legal advice to individuals and/or companies on a range of specialised legal matters relating to Will and LPA's. You will be a A highly experienced lawyer to lead their Wills and Lasting Power of Attorney (LPA) team. This leadership role involves managing a dedicated team while providing expert legal advice on all aspects of Wills, estate planning and LPAs to a diverse client base. * Lead and manage the Wills and LPA team, ensuring high-quality service delivery. * Provide expert legal guidance on drafting wills, estate planning strategies and the preparation of LPAs. * Drive business development and marketing initiatives to grow the department. * Collaborate with financial advisors, accountants, and other professionals to deliver comprehensive client solutions. * Ensure compliance with legal standards and the firm's policies. * Mentor and develop your people within the team.
