Temp Admin / Recruitment Coordinator – Recruitment Support Location: London (Onsite, 5 days a week) Contract: Temp (3 months initially, likely to keep going) Rate: £15-£18 per hour (around £35k perm equivalent) Must be immediately available We’re working with an amazing architect company in London who need extra help supporting their busy recruitment team. This role is mainly admin-focused and great for someone with some recruitment experience who’s organised and proactive. What you’ll be doing: Helping a recruitment team of 3 with day-to-day admin Booking interviews, sending candidate info, and drafting contracts Supporting the team with managing a high volume of recruitment What we’re looking for: Ideally, some background in recruitment or similar admin roles Confident using Workday and Excel Someone who can work on their own and stay on top of things Organised, reliable, and proactive Other info: They’re happy to wait for the right person and want someone who’s in it for the long haul Start date is flexible over the next few weeks Mainly onsite in London, but a bit of flexibility might be possible for the right reasons We are committed to creating an inclusive recruitment process and welcome applications from all backgrounds.
