Housing Site Finisher Required - Beverley (Hull)
Pay Rate: £19.50 per hour (CIS)
Location: Beverley, near Hull
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: Ongoing
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8-hour days
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Finisher to work on a busy new-build housing development in Beverley (Hull).
The role will involve carrying out a variety of finishing and snagging tasks on completed and near-complete plots, ensuring all works are finished to a high standard and ready for client handover.
Typical duties will include:
Snagging and remedial works (joinery, patch plastering, sealing, and general touch-ups)
Final fix adjustments and minor repairs
Ensuring plots are completed to NHBC and site standards
Liaising with site management regarding quality and completion targets
Requirements
Proven experience working as a Finisher or Multi-Trades Operative on housing sites
Good all-round finishing skills (joinery, patch plastering, mastic/sealant work, etc.)
Valid CSCS Card - essential
Own tools and PPE
Strong attention to detail and a professional attitude
